A new twist on the Top Dawg Nationals Championship...1000 Miles of Thunderhill...and David Layne Memorial Race, presented by Accuset Construction. We'll be running a 7+7 cumulative enduro (parc fermé overnight) and the first A/B/C Class team to hit the 1000 mile mark on Sunday afternoon (212 laps; in 2021 we only hit 888.5 miles), the entire field freezes and determines the podium class winners & Top Dawg Champions. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL TEAMS, This event is open to all teams (with the usual amazing trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in Class A/B/C) BUT for those teams that have raced two event weekends with us in 2022, podiumed at least once in the Top 5, with at least two of their original team drivers in the original racecar, will be in contention for Top Dog Championship status in Class A, B & C! Racing for ALS
Lucky Dog Racing League is honored to be Racing for ALS for this Thunderhill race & selected the national www.RacingForALS.com organization as our designed event charity. Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a progressive and fatal neurodegenerative disease. ALS causes muscle weakness, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and paralysis. It can affect anyone, anywhere. Most people with ALS live 2-5 years after their first symptoms. Currently, there is no effective treatment or cure. Let’s raise some $$$!

First A/B/C Class team to hit the 1000 mile mark on Sunday afternoon, the field freezes in place to determine podium class winners & Top Dawgs. ***OPEN TO ALL TEAMS; but those teams who have participated in at least two 2022 event weekends AND secured one (1) Top 5 Podium during the season are in contention for add'l Top Dawg Champion status.
Car Entry (includes Captain): EARLY DOG DISCOUNT $400 USD plus $400 per add'l driver. Event requires minimum four (4) driver entries (or $1600 minimum entry fee with no less than 2 drivers).
