Lady Luck returns to Carolina Motorsports Park (CMP) for the second time in Season 11 for Lucky Dog Racing League’s “Southern Dawg Delight” & Mike Donohue Memorial Race. This event also serves as the grand finale of the 4-event Southern Endurance Cup (SEC), presented by HAWK Performance, where the 2025 SEC champion top dawgs will be crowned in Kershaw, SC! Festivities also include an 80’s-themed Monte Carlo night where the paddock garages are turned into a hopping casino on Saturday night with roulette, craps, blackjack, poker tables, bourbon tasting, cigar bar & music from the 1980’s with fundraising benefiting the Will Shealy Scholarship Foundation, helping teens with funding to pursue an automotive education & career. Bring out your best 80’s attire!
SPECTATORS ARE MOST WELCOME; simply sign the track’s liability waiver & pay CMP’s $10 gate fee (12 and under are free). LUCKY DOG TEAMS (DRIVERS/CREW/GUESTS/FAMILY) need to get on the CMP Gate List no later than Monday, September 22, 2025. CLICK HERE to get on Gate List so you won’t be charged.
September 27-28, 2025 “Southern Dawg Delight” 1st Annual Michael “Mike” Donohue Memorial Race Carolina Motorsports Park, Kershaw SC Event limited to 80 cars Lucky Dog Casino Royale Event, 80’s Night & Dinner Format: 7+ (2+5) Hour Enduro (Saturday includes a 40 min. practice/qualifying session & Sunday’s schedules includes 1 hour church break/lunch from 12pm-1pm) Car Entry (includes Captain): EARLY DOG DISCOUNT $450 USD plus $450 per add’l driver. Event requires minimum four (4) driver entries (or $1800 team entry fee with no less than 2 drivers). Early dog discount ends Aug. 27, 2025; then regular fee $500 per driver.
